She carefully reviewed my medical history, medications, and past prescriptions. She spent all the time necessary to explain my options, address my concerns, and gave me great recommendations for my dry eye. She really goes above and beyond! They have a massive selection of frames for every budget, including the latest designer and sport frames. Dena was a fantastic optical consultant and walked me through all the lens options perfectly. They were able to use my medical insurance for my condition, which saved me out of pocket payment! Great value! Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for exceptional, attentive eye care!

Not only are the ophthalmologists fantastic—ensuring that my vision is optimized year after year—but the techs and office staff take the best possible care of you. I specifically want to call out Angela Smith, the Practice Manager, who handled my recent contact lens order. She went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the level of customer service she provided, especially her resourcefulness, kindness and patience. Could I find a practice closer to home? You bet. But the care I get at NSVC is worth sitting in traffic for.

Angie was wonderful- I was traveling for work and had called in frantically that my contacts got messed up on the plane, and she was able to help me get what I needed to have a successful meeting! The practice is easy to get to, thoughtfully designed, and had a wide range of frames - I'd recommend anyone in the area check it out if looking for a new vision practice!

My most recent exam and new glasses upgrade was super - like all of my past experiences with them. Indeed, Angie, Paula, Dena and Joe were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I actually LOVED it here. From help with finding an old prescription for glasses (Dena is amazing), the front staff is so friendly and accommodating. The vision tests were simple and modern, the Dr was intelligent and caring (Dr Abdullah), The tech who did my pre/tests was so well informed and smart. I will be taking my entire family back. I was last there in 2019, but this seems like a whole new crew of truly caring and bright professionals. Can’t say enough about how impressed I was. Will be recommending them to all my friends.
