I have been a patient of North Suburban Vision Center in Deerfield for several years. I have corneal dystrophy and this morning while cleaning my Eye Print Pro Scleral lens the right lens broke. The lens was out of Warranty. I called Mary at the Front Desk and informed her of the broken lens. Mary immediately texted Paula who orders these lenses for the practice. Paula called Eye Print Pro, secured a price for the replacement lens, reviewed the pricing with me, and by the end of the day a new lens was ordered. The price out of Warranty was less than the Warranty price. Paula and Mary are both exceptional employees. I know Paula stayed late to make sure there was no delay in ordering this new lens. Rick E.

The woman who sold my newest pair of glasses, her name is Paula and she was genuinely the most charming person I've ever met in my life. I got all kinds of eye issues going on and needed a specific type of frame and she nailed it, she rocks. Honestly go here just to get the opportunity to experience being around her.

So I have been going to stage same place for years. When first came, they were the only place that didn’t require me to use eyedrops and instead takes pictures inside my eyes to get a clearer view of my eye health. Once you are done, they have fabulous people to help you find the perfect frame. Joseph has been here for years and is super honest and helpful. Paula is totally awesome, super friendly and great at making sure your glasses are done correct, the first time, every time (she also has great taste). Yes, there are tons of places for glasses these days, but my pairs from some of the bigger mail in companies and other optometrists don’t fit well, and the lenses are not as clear. Nothing is more important then your health and eyesight, go here if you value yours!
