I have been a patient of North Suburban Vision Center in Deerfield for several years. I have cornea... Show Morel dystrophy and this morning while cleaning my Eye Print Pro Scleral lens the right lens broke. The lens was out of Warranty. I called Mary at the Front Desk and informed her of the broken lens. Mary immediately texted Paula who orders these lenses for the practice. Paula called Eye Print Pro, secured a price for the replacement lens, reviewed the pricing with me, and by the end of the day a new lens was ordered. The price out of Warranty was less than the Warranty price. Paula and Mary are both exceptional employees. I know Paula stayed late to make sure there was no delay in ordering this new lens. Rick E.
