Dr. Eiden is the President and Medical Director of North Suburban Vision Consultants, Ltd. and an assistant clinical professor at the University of Illinois, Chicago, Department of Ophthalmology, cornea and contact lens service. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and member of the Illinois Optometric Association.

Darin Strako, O.D., F.A.A.O.
Dr. Strako is the Director of Pediatric Eye Care, Binocular Vision and Vision Therapy Services of North Suburban Vision Consultants, Ltd. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry as well as a member of the American Optometric Association and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development.

Neil A. Boldus, O.D.
Dr. Boldus is an honors graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison for his undergraduate degree and a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry and the Illinois Eye Institute for his professional degree. He completed his clinical training at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, West Side, Chicago and at Vision Care Specialists Contact Lens Research Center affiliated with Ciba Laboratories.

Carol L. Barron, O.D., F.A.A.O.
Dr. Barron is the Director of Low Vision Services of North Suburban Vision Consultants, Ltd. and Assistant Professor and Director of Low Vision Services at Northwestern University Medical Center as well as a consultant for the Chicago Lighthouse for the Blind. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and an honored Diplomat of the Low Vision Section and a member of the Illinois Optometric Association.

Stuart P. Sondheimer, M.D.
Dr. Sondheimer is Director of Ophthalmology, Surgery and Laser Vision Correction of North Suburban Vision Consultants, Ltd. as well as a member of the staff of Rush, North Shore Medical Center.

Alphonse Serpico, O.D.
Dr. Serpico is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry for his professional degree. He has provided comprehensive family eye care for the Park Ridge community for over 30 years. Dr. Serpico concentrates his efforts in the areas of contact lenses and routine refractive eye care. His dedication and compassion to his patients has resulted in one of the most well respected professional reputations in all of the greater Chicago area.
