Eyewear selection or frames adjustments can be done without an appointment. However, we encourage you to make an appointment to ensure prompt attention.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give us 24 hours notice, should you need to cancel your appointment. We will be happy reschdule. Please contact us.

Fees

Our fee schedule reflects the highest quality of professional service and materials. Payment is required at the time services are rendered. When you place an order for eyewear, a minimum prepayment of fifty percent (50%) is requested, with the balance due upon delivery.

For contact lenses, your initial examination and fitting fee is due at the time of your visit. A minimum of 50% of material fees are also due at that time. The balance is due at the follow-up dispensing visit.

Your vision health is our highest priority, and we are confident we can accommodate your individual situation. We provide a number of payment options including cash, personal check, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Please let us know any time there are extenuating circumstances regarding our fee policy.
